Vinyasa Flow

All levels welcome. Vinyasa means to connect in a special way. By connecting with our breath, we can choose to be present in each pose. This playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows all levels of students to be challenged in the same class. Classes are taught in a heated room 85-95 degrees. Heat improves circulation and metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Sweating aids in detoxifying the body and rejuvenates the skin. Vinyasa flow will torch calories, tone, strengthen and rinse your body, clear your mind and leave you feeling balanced and empowered. The dynamic mix of sweat and spirit that is cultivated in this class will challenge you to step up to your edge, and unlock your hidden potential for achieving authentic personal power and living an extraordinary life. 

Flow into Bliss

A class that needs to be experienced by all! You'll begin your entry into the world of bliss by focusing on your breath, you'll flow through a breath centered yoga sequence to release tension, stress and the busyness of the day then you will melt into a blissful state into deep healing and deep rest with yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness, feelings of joy and wellbeing, deeply healed and rested.

 

YOGAHII- Fusion Yoga w/HIIT 

YOGAHII is designed to make you stronger, leaner and lighter which makes it the perfect way to start your day. The incorporation of high intensity interval training with yoga creates strength, stamina, metabolic increase, and increased body awareness. CHAIR YOGA

All levels welcome. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing using a chair for support. Chair Yoga is the perfect exercise for those looking to improve posture, increase flexibility, and improve balance!
